Chanage Bamboo Participated in RBHK 2024 in Hong Kong

Restaurant, Bar & Café Hong Kong (RBHK2024) started on the 3 rd  September at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre with a super grand turn out. 

Chanage Bamboo from Chenzhou Hunan is part of this Grand Event taking the opportunity to meetour customers, networking in sharing of experiences and exploring new business collaboration and partnership. 

Few general observations:

- Tableware and trays, packaging lunch boxes, utensils and cutlery are capturing most attention 

- Water based coating with 100% compostability and recyclability for cup stock seems the most preferred choice; edging in more and more of the PE coated cups market share 

- The awareness of compostability, of social responsibility, and to go for the green environment is definitely growing as evidenced by many display of cutlery's made of paper, bagasse, wood and bamboo in lieu of plastics 

- The quality of bamboo is the most preferred choice but still a bit deterred by the higher price except the price gap has been narrowing down presumably due to the decrease incost of raw materials and increase in the level of production automation;

As a strong promoter for the use of agro-based raw materials, Chanage Bamboo is sincerely seeking end-use and distribution partners for our quality bamboo cutlery and its related accessories plus wooden packaging boxes. We are more than willing to listen to your requirement be it standard model and/or special tailor design to suit your special application needs.
